About Our Company

VetSolutions LLC is a resource for area veterinary practices and relief veterinarians, matching practices in search of relief support with veterinarians interested in fulfilling this need.

VetSolutions streamlines the effort to match schedules between the veterinarian and the practice, and eases management and administrative burden for both the practice and relief veterinarian by handling all the invoicing, payroll and bookkeeping. We provide all scheduling, payroll and management services for both the relief veterinarian and the practice.

VetSolutions minimizes the practice's time and effort to identify, evaluate, schedule, and perform the recordkeeping, including end of year tax forms. Area practices need only make one call to schedule a relief veterinarian. Every effort including rearranging schedules will be attempted to fill the practice's staffing need. VetSolutions has developed a network of veterinarians available to readily provide relief services. We continually update this list as work load and resources change. As part of VetSolutions' service we confirm that all our relief veterinarians have current liability insurance and licenses. Our rates are structured to be competitive with market rates. With the additional services and cost avoidance provided, costs to the practice are typically less than those provided by non-affiliated relief veterinarians.

Cost and Billing

VetSolutions will bill your hospital monthly for the hours worked by our staff veterinarians. We pay the veterinarian and provide the year end required tax information.

Our rates are based on the current market with a small fee added for the management and scheduling service.
